-$85 or so! I played good, was up $75, but the tables looked pretty good before I was going to bed so I played some, got sucked out on a few times and then tilted away $50! I swear i cost myself just as much as win. I was up $925 for the month, my goal was $1000, now I’m only up $765 or so.
I need to go to some Tilt Anonymous meetings or something…

The only poker until this morning was the rebuy tourney at a friend’s house last night. I took 3rd this time. I completed the SB with A2o with plans of check raising all-in once the BB raised – which he would with many hands – turned out it worked perfect, except he had AQ. I should have waited for a better spot, as I fell I could outplay my opponents.
It’s funny playing there. you here things like, ” A ten is a pretty good card, there’s only 4 card that can beat it, that’s why I called a raise with T3o.” or, “I went all in pre flop with the straight flush draw” like if 57s is a huge hand. Of course, people play different after the rebuy, then they fold medium pocket pairs and AK to a raise.
A few minutes ago I loaded up Full Tilt, opened up 16 tables, started sitting at some decent looking one and realized it was $100NL, not my usual $50. The play was weak and I’ve played $100 some too so I played for awhile. Wow, won a 40BB stack with a flush when I got called down by pocket twos. Then I sucked out for a 120BB stack. It wasn’t that bas though:
Button (easy $)limps, SB (good player)completes and I bump it up to $5 with KcJd.
Flop: Kd 2d4c
SB checks, I bet $11, button folds, SB check raises to $30, I call hoping for no diamond and a check.
Turn 9d
SB bets 1/2 pot, I think, what scared now that the diamond came out/3 to 1 odds/4 to 1 to hit diamond, I call
River Ad
SB checks, I push for his last $45, he calls with a set of twos.
Suckout, yes, but he’s the one that bet the turn small which gave me good implied odds. I would have folded TP on the river if no diamond and folded the turn if he bet bigger ( At least that sounds good and I hope I’d do that), but after that hand I questioned my play some an dfigured I’d better quit for a minute.
So + $145 so far today!

Well, played great my first session and then tilted away at least 2 buy-ins at the beggining of my second session, but somehow came back for a $50 profit.

I’m thrilled to be up +$25 today! I was all the way to down 3-buy-ins +. I need to review my sessions tonight in PT because I know I made a few…
Oh, I spent most of the morning trying to convert my PT databases to postgreSQL, but of course things like that never run smoothly for me. Hopefully I go it this time. I’m playin gtwo sngs, after those I’m trying it again.

+115 in a short periiod. I have no idea how many hands as Poker Tracker was only working for observed hands today. As soon as I sat down it quit reading the table.
I wanted to play alot more, but my sis had to do her college homework. I’m off to play a few sngs on Stars now…

I’ve never ran any worse than the hour I played tonight! I lost $260 – 5 buy-ins – in 1 hour playing 4 tables. I got stacked 3 times on one table – set over set, runner-runner str8 and a flush on the river! I could’nt get anything going. My c-bets were raised, my big pairs didn’t get to see a flop. Total nightmare session! Poker Tracker crashed on me while playing again too. I should have taken that as a sign.
I’m going to get PT fixed again and see if I can win some money back!
(edit)
Down $165 today, won some back at least.

I played about 20 minutes today and won $90 ($20 from bonus). I was waiting for my bro to work on my house, figured I had a few minutes and got an unbelievable run of cards. I hit so many flops in those minutes and never got action! I won $50 off just reraising pre and on c bets. I couldn’t believe I couldn’t get any action after winning 4 out of 5 pots with no showdown.

Friday, sis’ b-day = alcohol
Saturday, home tourney, $10 + $5 rebuy + add-on, 17 people pays 4. I got 4th for $63, 1 rebuy and no add-ons. + $38, but minus $10 in the cash game.
Sunday: Sleep, put new water heater in my house. I played 2 sngs for 5th and 1st.
So really I haven’t played much. Tomorrow I should be able to get some hands in though.

+130
Two decent days in a row! In my Stars sng play I have run absolutely horrible! In 64 games I’ve made $5.20 at the $6.50 turbos. You have to win numerous coin flips/ 2to1 dog just to make the money alot of the time if you don’t double up early. The blinds will often be 100/200 with 7+ players left. Everyone is in push mode – and people call pushes with WEAK hands, so if you don’t have an overpair to their cards it’s pretty much a coin flip. I’ll be 2nd in chips with 5 left, open push T8s form the button and the chip leader will call with A7o. I think it’s a terrible, terrible call by him, but at the $6 level I guess it’s a terrilbe push. I don’t know, most of the sngs vids on turbos I’ve watched say push that. I can’t wait until I lose my Stars bankroll so I can stick to CASH games.
Wednesday +$150

Finally ran decent and made less mistakes – although the one I did cost me, I’ll post it at the end. I won 3 buy-ins and only got KK twice with no action and didn’t get AA. I played about 700 hands.
It’s still early so I’m heading over to Stars for a few SnGs.
Here’s my biggest mistake tonight:
